Sami Holopainen is a known industry leader in the Nordics market. He has 20+ years’ experience in ISP and Data Center business – since first dial-up ISP’s came to the public’s knowledge in the early 1990’s. In 2002, he founded Finnish datacenter operator Tenue. Since acquisition of Tenue in 2012, Sami has been focusing his attention to the data center industry and successfully grown Equinix’s presence in the area, connecting the Nordics to wider European markets, the US, to the Baltic region and Asia. Specialties include data center business development and deployment, cloud computing, business development and making things happen.
