KattoHoiva also provides an new innovative product, Controlit conductive underlays, for flat roofs that are installed under the bitumen or pvc roof membranes to ensure that roofs are waterproof after the installation of the roof and to effectively conduct electronic leak detections and repairs on roofs during the life-cycle of the building.

Closest reference to a data center with Controlit conductive underlays is in Tallinn Estonia, where the owner / user wanted to be 100 % sure that the roof is waterproof.
